The Top Producers Monthly Management Package is inclusive of all costs associated with advertising your property, screening all applicants, lease creation and execution, and all other tasks associated with securing qualified tenants for your investment property. Other companies charge for these services or hide them as fees in your contract. Ours are always all-inclusive. Our $80 per month management fee includes collection of rent, payment of City of Phoenix Privilege Tax, tenant notices and communications.

If you own a property and want to rent it on your own, but want a professional company to handle all the aspects of tenant acquisition through lease, look no further. For a flat fee of $449, our Property Management Set Up Package is inclusive of all costs associated with advertising your property, screening all applicants, lease creation and execution, and all other tasks associated with securing qualified tenants for your property. All you have to do is manage your own property and collect rent.
