1. Property Valuation

It’s important to know your home’s value so that the appropriate monthly rental fee is established for you to charge your prospective tenants.

2. Register Your Property

4. Contact your CPA or Tax Professional

Certain cities in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area require property owners pay a “Sales Tax” on the rental income.

5. Purchase a Home Warranty

A home warranty is a great way to protect your investment and provide the property owner and tenant a piece of mind.

6. Pool Barrier Laws

If you have a rental property with a pool, you must be aware and in compliance with the Phoenix Pool Barrier Laws.
